Code structure

Six characters, a dash for readability, then the last four digits of the product's EAN barcode. Example from the original SKU 26 sheet: brand VK, nature 1 (bowls), identity 00, stage 9 (pallet), EAN suffix from a barcode such as 4 745010 459078.

Size scale (optional identity digit)
Where a product comes in sizes, the SKU 26 sheet notes a 1–9 scale with 5 = M. Toggle "First digit of identity code = size" on the left to use it as the first identity digit, leaving the second digit free for a variant or set-count number.

These already live on Amazon and elsewhere under the old code system — never regenerate or reassign these. Search here just to confirm a new EAN suffix or name isn't already in use.
